How to Place an Order on the New AusDiagnostics Website
The procedure of ordering with the new website in similar to the previous one. The only difference is that you need to enter any catalogue section and start adding products to cart before login. The system will ask your login parameters (email address and password) automatically as long as you add the first item in the cart.
Step 1. Choose a catalogue section from the drop-down menu
For instance, we are going to enter 'Easy-Plex 384 High-Plex' Kits Section (formerly named as 'High-Plex (384)')
Step 2. Choose a product you would like to order, enter quantity and press 'Add to cart' button
In this example, we will add 2 boxes of 'Respiratory Pathogen B (16-well)' to the basket. When desired number of kits is entered, press 'Add to cart' button next to the number.
Step 3. Log in to the system
Once you have pressed 'Add to cart' button for the first time, the system will request your username and password. Please log In here.
Step 4. Continue shopping. Your basket is now active and visible
Once logged in, you will be returned to the catalogue page, where you could continue choosing products and adding them in the cart. When finished, just press onto the blinking link 'Shopping cart contains..." on the top of the page, leading you to the shopping basket.
Step 5. Place an order in the shopping basket
When order is complete, click on link 'To Place this order click here' to finish the process
