Unlike conventional extraction methods, the straight-forward protocol for Puryx® Rapid extraction reduces the number of steps to allow sample purification in a fraction of the time. Combined with the ability to process up to 96 samples in a single run, this translates to a possible 1,400 samples being processed per day.
Puryx® Rapid extraction is easy to perform manually or can be flexibly integrated into semi-automated systems available in the market.
Puryx® Rapid extraction kits are intended for in vitro diagnostics use to extract nucleic acids from clinical samples by authorised clinical testing laboratories in Australia, and the European Economic Area and is included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), and compliant with the European IVD Directive 98/79/EC.
